Itinerary:
Day 1: Hanoi Evening Food Tour + Overnight Train to Sapa
17:00: Meet your guide at the hotel for a guided walking tour through Hanoi’s Old Quarter. Taste iconic street foods at family-owned spots that have served the same traditional dishes for generations.
Visit a local market to learn about Vietnamese cooking habits and discover hidden alleyways that reveal the everyday heart of the city.
20:00–21:00: Return to the hotel to freshen up and prepare for departure.
21:00: Transfer to Hanoi train station and board the overnight sleeper cabin to Lao Cai.

Duration: Food tour (4 hours), train boarding (approx. 3 minutes)
Day 2: Lao Cai → Sapa Villages Trek
6:15: Arrive at Lao Cai station. Transfer by private car to Sapa (30 km).
Breakfast in Sapa followed by a 6 km scenic trek through the Muong Hoa Valley.
Visit Y Linh Ho, Lao Chai, and Ta Van villages — home to H'mong communities with the region’s largest terraced rice fields.
Learn about local lifestyles, visit traditional stilt houses, and enjoy a home-cooked lunch with a local family.
Return to Sapa town in the afternoon, check into your hotel, and enjoy free time in the evening.

Day 3: Fansipan Peak + Return to Hanoi in Luxury Transfer
8:30: Transfer to the cable car station for a trip up to Fansipan, Vietnam’s highest peak (3,143m).
Ride the funicular, visit local pagodas, and enjoy panoramic mountain views.
Stop at Silver Waterfall (Thac Bac) for photos, followed by lunch in Sapa.
14:30: Travel back to Hanoi in a luxury vehicle (approx. 5 hours). Arrival around 20:00.
